v1.1 Update!


Minor update incorporating some playtest feedback! Changes include:

  • In "Combat: Eyes Up, Rise Up", reduce the amount of NPCs in the initial deployment for 3 players.
  • Adding an extra prompt in "Beat 1: Doctor's Orders" to ask how the PCs' backgrounds contribute to the settlement.
  • Adding more of a hook to the Commons by explicitly pointing out the propaganda-spewing Broadcast Tower.
  • Including some more references to the Kestrel throughout the adventure.
  • Clarifying how the GM should use enforcer patrols within the narrative section of the adventure.
  • Adding Size indicators to the terrain for the "Eyes Up, Rise Up" map.

Excited to run this next week! I was thinking of running this as an introduction for my players that continues into Wallflower act 1. It would mess with the setup of wallflower a bit but I think the ending of this could lead really nicely into being incorporated into the grander narrative of Lancer.
