NPC Classes
BREAKING CHANGE: All Veteran and Ultra features have had their IDs changed. This will break any NPCs on CompCon that currently use those features. Please remove them before updating!

Lodestone
- Reduce self-heat from 3 to 2.
Ghost
Ghost Stats
- Increase Heat Cap from 4/6/8 to 6/7/8.
Quantum Bond
- Remove “can only move” restriction, allowing Ghost to voluntarily move off their bonded target while still moving with their bond’s voluntary movement.
Paradox State
- Add “1 Heat (Self)” tag.
Maxwell’s Daemon (Veteran)
- Added “Trait” tag in PDF.
Hatchet
Hatchet Stats
- Increased Sensors from 5 to 10 at all Tiers.
Rocket Bola
- Added Smart tag.
Knight
Knight Tactics
- Fix typo.
Templar’s Shield
- Reduce self-heat from 3 to 2.
Mesmerist
Codespike Rapier
- Added Smart tag.
Prism
Prism Stats
- Increase Heat Cap from 6 to 7 at all Tiers.
Double Vision
- Changed so that it can deploy 2 projectors on a single use of Prismatic Projector.
- Moved to Veteran optional feature.
Mobile Projectors
- Change to a normal optional feature.
Shardsplitter Shotgun
- Added Smart tag.
Shattered Glass
- Changed so that the attacker is always Impaired until end of next turn instead of rolling a save vs. Impaired and damage.
Flashbang Projector (Ultra)
- Change to a Reaction that triggers when the Prism is hit with an attack.
Torrent
Wavebreaker
- Added Smart tag.
Vulture
Vulture Tactics
- Revised to reflect Magnet Bomb becoming an optional feature.
“Dandelion” Flak Cannon
- Renamed to “Dandelion” Shrapnel Cannon. IDs unchanged, not breaking.
Zealot
Zeal
- Reworked. Size increased to affect all characters in Sensors and Line of Sight. No change for hostile characters. Allied characters no longer gain immunity to hostile involuntary movement, but instead ignore engagement and reactions and gain an additional Knockback 1 on weapon attacks. Finally, the Zealot now gains Overshield equal to the number of allies in the area upon activating Zeal.
Emberlight Nexus
- Changed from Burst 3 to Cone 5.
- Increased attack bonus from +1/+2/+3 to +2/+4/+6.
Fanatical Charge
- Removed Overshield for the Zealot, as it’s redundant with the reworked Zeal.
Blazing Fervor
- Minor rewording.
Flagellant’s Cleansing
- Minor rewording.
Rally the Righteous
- Reworked. Instead of the old effect, now all allies within Zeal clear Slowed, stand up from Prone, and can move up to 2 spaces in any direction. They then gain Overshield.
Brand the Heretic
- Minor rewording.
Martyrdom
- Reworded to make clear that hostile characters merely need to be in the area of Zeal to be affected.

- Change so that Jammed can only be inflicted on a failed save.
Memento Culpa
- Added Smart tag.
Brigand
Jury-Rigged
- Modified to be an “Anti-Veterancy”: Instead of +1 Difficulty to Hull checks and saves, it gets +1 Difficulty to any single mech skill, chosen at creation.
Commandeer
- Clarified the original controller’s stats are used for the stolen drone’s attacks/checks/saves.
- FAQ entry added regarding System Trauma and stolen drones.
